Join Eco Rother Action and Lux Organic at the first Arun and Chichester Good Food Fortnight, for a demonstration and hands-on cooking workshop.
Lux Organic will be demonstrating how to make miso soup, Korean chilli pickles and a dressing for edamame beans, and teaching you how to roll and decorate sushi. Throughout the workshop there will be taste teasers and the opportunity to take-away or eat together what has been made.
