Our free-to-schools education programme is in full flow, but we still have some availability from March onwards for our primary assemblies and workshops. We have funding to offer these for free until this July, so please book soon if you'd like one! We offer assemblies on climate change, waste, sustainable travel, healthy seas, biodiversity or any eco-related topic you're interested in, and our current primary workshops cover biodiversity, transport and travel, healthy seas, and carbon and water footprints.
PeCAN are now also offering free assemblies and workshop sessions for secondary schools, also available until July of this year. Assemblies can be general eco-awareness for any year group, or we may be able to tailor them to fit a particular event or purpose. We offer class-based workshop sessions for years 7 and 8 on biodiversity or healthy oceans, covering the threats to both and how we might protect them, including legal and social aspects. We also offer 'life skills' sessions related to fast fashion, applicable to any year group.
If you'd like a meeting or call to discuss, please get in touch via email - we are very keen to engage secondary students!
