Please note that this event takes place on Petersfield Heath, so the ground may be uneven.  There is minimal power at the event, so please plan to be self-sufficient with your stall.  If you need electricity, please contact [email protected] to discuss this further.

As an Eco Fair, we request that there are no single-use plastics and that your food is served in home compostable packaging or in reusable containers.  We will have reusable cups available on the day for cold drinks.

Gazebo can be hired for an additional charge of £60, and a table for £10.  Please select these items separately and add to your basket if they are required.
