Old Winchester Hill reserve’s very first BioBlitz.

This event will be a great chance to learn about one of the best chalk grassland sites in the country, and contribute to our understanding of the rich biodiversity that makes this habitat in the heart of the South Downs National Park its home.

Spend the day alongside expert ecologists to collect species records and specimens, and get involved in some fantastic activities lined up for the day, including moth trapping, guided walks and an evening bat walk. If you are free, why not come along and join us to share in the day’s excitement and learn from leading experts – anyone of all abilities can join and see what they can find.
