Petersfield Eco Fair returns in 2026

We are planning the next Petersfield Eco Fair, to be held on Petersfield Heath on Sunday 12th July 2026.

If you would like to attend the Eco Fair as a stallholder, please read the Eco Fair Charter and Stallholder Terms and Conditions, then register your interest below, and we will be in touch.

Stallholder Registration

Complete the form below if you would like to attend the 2026 Eco Fair as a stallholder.  The event takes place on Sunday 12th July 2026 at Petersfield Heath.

Please ensure you have read and agree to comply with the Eco Fair Charter and the Stallholder terms and conditions.

We will confirm all successful applications with an electronic invoice.

Please provide details of your stall, and if appropriate the type of goods you are selling.  This is an Eco Fair therefore we will prioritise goods and services that are sustainable, locally sourced and ethically produced, and stalls that have interactive displays and interesting and engaging material and/or activities.

Please provide a link to your website and some summary text about your organisation/business/goods that we can use to promote your attendance at the fair.  We are particularly interested in the way that you are reducing carbon emissions and/or encouraging nature recovery.

Do you need to hire a gazebo or table from us?

We would like to minimise vehicle movements on the Heath.  Volunteers will be on hand to help transport smaller items across the site.

Please indicate below whether you need vehicle access for unloading/loading, and if a vehicle forms part of your stall.

Will you need vehicle access to the stall site before and after the event for loading/unloading large items?
