PeCAN’s ‘A Fruit Tree In Every Garden’ has now closed for the season!

With thanks to support from East Hampshire District Council and new partners, the Tree Council we have distributed 1,000 fruit trees and 2.7km of new hedging across East Hampshire between November 2023 and March 2024!

On Saturday 24th Feb PeCAN is running Hedge Fest, in partnership with Petersfield Community Garden, where you'll be able to benefit from free workshops on how to plant and care for hedges and trees, how to prune, and how to sow wildflower seeds from 10.30am-1.30pm.

If you would like to be kept informed about future rounds of the project, then please register your details below and we will be in touch if the project runs again next planting season (likely to be in October/November 2024).

If you have collected a fruit tree or hedge and are wondering how to plant or care for it, we have collated some useful tips to help on our Tree Care page.

This project is part of EHDC's Grow Up Community Farm project and has received funding from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
