Petersfield is taking part in Great Big Green Week, a nationwide celebration of action on climate change, from 10th - 18th June.
We have collated and organised a series of events in and around Petersfield, which will be added to in the run-up to Green Week - so please check back nearer the time.

There will be a Swap Shop ALL WEEK at Little Leaf Play Cafe. Drop off good condition clothes, toys and books before Monday 12th and then return to collect a 'new' item from 12th -17th June.
All week, for Green Week, Refill and Replenish will have a crafts table inside the shop for children to colour in a heart which will then be displayed in the window - the best heart will receive a little prize at the end of the week! They will also stock a selection of plants from the Petersfield Community Garden for this week only. On Friday 16th, World Refill Day, the shop will feature special offers in store to celebrate, as well as attending Herne Fest at Herne Junior School from 4pm – 7pm helping to spread the refill word.
Juniper Sustainable Goods on Lavant Street will be giving away free tasters of their wonderful sourdough bread, organic nuts, dried fruits and their sweet and savoury snacks. Staff will also be on hand to give guidance and advice on refilling and how to cut down on unnecessary packaging. They invite you to pop in to Juniper and give refilling a go!
